I just wanted to pop you a quick note for your generous wedding party lunch gift.  I know this is extremely late, but wanted to send it either way...The food and the staff are always the VERY BEST!!!  Needless to say you all didn't let us down on my wedding day!  The groomsmen ate everything in sight and raved of how good it was!  Again, sorry for the poor timing on my part.

I would like to thank you for making my entertaining run a lot smoother this year.  The pork, stuffed shrimp, veggies, antipasto, etc. were all terrific.  The pork came out very nice. We cooked it in a hotel pan on the outside grill until it reached 140-145 degrees.  It was perfect-tender and delicious.  We had more room in our oven for everything else.  My husband and I cook pretty good, but were under the gun during this Holiday season due to work schedules, other plans, ect.  We needed some help.  After your tasty food, we will surely see you again-SOON!  I am sure glad L.R., who I work with, told me about you. 

Well, Pauly, you are a winner now.  Keep up the good work.  We will surely pass your name on to others.  I have already started.
